Chicken Soup

Serves 6
6 cups brown chicken stock made with extra onion
fresh coriander and lots of garlic
1 cup cooked fideos (small pasta shells)
rice or diced potatoes
Pinch saffron threads, or to taste
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Heat stock and fideos. Stir in saffron and adjust seasonings with salt. Add pepper to taste.
