Sausage and Peppers


1 1/2 lb. lean Italian sausage
2 green peppers
2 medium onions
I 10 'ounce can stewed tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 10 ounce can V-8 juice
Pepper to taste
Cut sausage in 1/4" pieces. Place in 3 quart cooking pot. Cook on low for 30-45 minutes until brown. Drain excess grease. Cut green pepper and onions into wedges and add to sausage. Cook 10 minutes stirring frequently. Add remainder of ingredients and cook an additional 20-30 minutes. Serve on Hard Rolls with homemade french fries.
