Ranch Style Eggs

1/2 green pepper
1/2 onion
Polish sausage, chopped
1 c. stewed tomatoes
5 to 8 eggs, beaten

Brown pepper, onion and sausage in grease; drain off grease and add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook until juice off of tomatoes evaporates. Add eggs to mixture. Cook to consistency of scrambled eggs. Serves 4- 5.
