Quiche
Make pie shell for 10 inch pie. (use Ritz deep dish.)
Fry 4 strips of bacon and crumble. Saute 1/2 onion in bacon drippings. Mix
together;
4 beaten eggs
2 c. half & half
1 1/2 c. cubed Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pepper
Mix bacon and onion. Pour into pie shell and bake at 450 for 5 minutes. Reduce
heat and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until center is firm.
