Quiche Lorraine
Preheat oven to 425°. Defrost the pie shell (if frozen). Brown bacon, drain on paper towels, and break into small pieces. Put bacon (and/or ham) into bottom of pie crust with onion and cheeses. Beat eggs and light cream together with wire whisk adding salt & pepper to taste. Pour into pie shell, sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 300° and bake 30 additional minutes, or until knife
