French Pressed Chicken
2 (2 lb.) chickens
6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped pimiento, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
1 c. chicken stock
1 c. celery, diced
Mix together and press in oiled pan. Serves 15 to 18.
