Pork or beef (or both)
1 can Old EI Paso hot enchilada sauce
1 tablespoon hot red chili powder (or to suit taste)
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Trim and discard all fat off of meat and cube. Brown meat in skillet,
then drain grease. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer about 30 minutes.
Serve over rice, beans, tamales, steak, etc.
