Chicken Spaghetti 2

One large hen will serve approximately 15 people. To the chopped meat of 1 hen (no livers, gizzard or fat) add:
1 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. green peppers
1/3 c. chopped onion

Saute in chicken fat before adding to chicken. Add plenty of salt and pepper and a dash of paprika and curry. Then add:

1 small can mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped stuffed green olives

Cook 1 package of spaghetti for each hen and add to mixture. Let simmer as long as desired. About 1 hour before serving, stir in 1 cup grated sharp cheese.
