Chicken Chow Mein Boil 1 large chicken. Remove from bone and cut in small pieces. Set aside. To broth add: 5 stalks celery, chopped fine Cook 40 minutes. Add: 3 cans drained bean sprouts Cook 15 minutes. Thicken broth with a flour and water mixture to a gravy
consistency. Add chicken pieces. Serve over chow mein noodles. |
