Chicken Chow Mein

Boil 1 large chicken. Remove from bone and cut in small pieces. Set aside.

To broth add:

5 stalks celery, chopped fine
1 large onion, chopped fine

Cook 40 minutes.

Add:

3 cans drained bean sprouts
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 large can sliced mushrooms, drained

Cook 15 minutes. Thicken broth with a flour and water mixture to a gravy consistency. Add chicken pieces. Serve over chow mein noodles.
