Cheddar Cheese Macaroni Loaf

4 c. shredded cheese
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
3 c. hot cooked macaroni, drained
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced green pepper
2 Tbsp. diced olives
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. diced pimiento
2 Tbsp. diced onion

Line loaf pan with foil. Blend about 3 cups of the Cheddar cheese, grated onion, pepper sauce, dry mustard and ¼ cup mayonnaise. Pack mixture firmly in pan on sides and bottom to make a thin lining of cheese. Chill while making the macaroni stuffing.

Stir 1 cup shredded cheese into macaroni. Add other ingredients. Cool. Pack macaroni mixture firmly into pan. Chill overnight. Remove from pan and invert. Peel off foil and slice.
