Cheddar Cheese Macaroni Loaf 4 c. shredded cheese Line loaf pan with foil. Blend about 3 cups of the Cheddar cheese, grated
onion, pepper sauce, dry mustard and ¼ cup mayonnaise. Pack mixture
firmly in pan on sides and bottom to make a thin lining of cheese. Chill
while making the macaroni stuffing. Stir 1 cup shredded cheese into macaroni. Add other ingredients. Cool. Pack macaroni mixture firmly into pan. Chill overnight. Remove from pan and invert. Peel off foil and slice. |
