Brunch Eggs

4 slices bread (break into pieces) spread in the bottom of casserole dish
1 lb. sausage, cooked (drain well)
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1 c. grated cheese

Sprinkle sausage over bread in casserole dish. In deep bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard. Pour over sausage and bread. Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
