Brisket
Fresh thin cut, 2 – 3 pounds
Season meat with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; rubbing both sides. Brown
meat on both sides. Place in a Dutch Oven, add 1 can mushrooms (do not drain),
1 package Knorr's onion soup, and 2 cups water. Cover and bake at 350 oven
for 2 hours, or until tender. Check after 1 hour and add water if necessary.
