1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. margarine
1 1/2 lb. stew meat, cut into small pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 (3 oz.) cans mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
Saute onions in margarine. Combine all ingredients but steak. Cut steak
into strips and add to marinade. Add soup and simmer until meat is tender.
Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles, fluffy rice or toast.
