Beef Brisket


5 or 6 pound brisket
2 1/2 ounces soy sauce
1 beef cube dissolved in 1 cup of water
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon of liquid smoke
garlic powder taste

Cover and marinate overnight in non-aluminum pan. Bake 1 hour per pound at 350 degrees. Baste a couple times. Remove cover last hour of baking.
