Bar B Que Beef

Place one 5 pound (approximately) boneless brisket in aluminum foil; sprinkle liberally with hickory smoke salt. Wrap and place in crock pot. Cook 6 hours on high, then at least 6 hours on low. Remove and cool. Slice and return to crock pot, cover with your favorite bar-b-que sauce. Cook on low for three or four hours.
