Indonesian Banana-Ham Rolls with Mustard Cheese Sauce

6 firm ripe bananas
Fresh lemon juice
6 slices boiled ham
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine

Cheese Sauce

1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
1 c. finely shredded sharp American cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/16 tsp. ground black pepper
Peel bananas and brush with lemon juice; wrap in ham and place into buttered baking dish; brush with butter or margarine. Place into 350 oven for 15 minutes. Melt butter in 3 cup saucepan. Remove from heat. Blend in flour. Stir and cook half a minute or until mixture is bubbly. Remove from heat and add milk. Stir and cook until sauce begins to thicken. Add remaining ingredients. Cool slowly until cheese melts. Yield: 18 servings.
