American Barbeque Brisket

1 (6 lb.) brisket
1/2 bottle liquid smoke
1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder

Place brisket lean side up on heavy duty foil in shallow roaster pan. Salt, pepper, garlic lean side. Turn to fat side. Pour liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over top. Salt, pepper and garlic. Seal foil tightly. Bake at 250 for 8 hours. Cool, slice, wrap in foil and heat to serve. Serves 8-10.
