Cranberry Punch

4 c cranberry juice
1/2 c sugar
4 c pineapple juice
3 c ginger ale

Heat cranberry juice and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add pineapple juice. Freeze 1/2 of mixture in freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight, refrigerate other half. Remove from freezer and add 3 c ginger ale and rest of liquid for slushy punch.
