Coffee Punch

2/3 c. instant coffee
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 gal. chocolate ice cream
2/3 c. sugar
1 gal. whole milk
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

Combine coffee, sugar and boiling water to make syrup. Cool and chill until ready to make punch. This recipe serves 35 people; can be halved.
