Dump Cake 2

Place in bowl

2 c. sugar
1/ 2 c. butter or shortening
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. cocoa

Beat for 2 minutes; then add;

1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. sifted flour
1 1/4 tsp. soda in 1 c. boiling water

Pour this in batter after it stops boiling. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and bake in an oblong pan for 35- 40 minutes in a 350 oven.

Ice with your favorite chocolate icing. To ice, make one inch slits in cake while still hot. Pour half of icing on while it is still hot. Pour half of icing on after it has cooled.
