Diabetic Sour Cream Chocolate Cake

3/4 cup granulated fructose
1 teaspoon soda
1 cup sifted flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoons cocoa
2 eggs (or equivalent egg substitute)
1 cup sour cream

Sift fructose, flour and cocoa together. Dissolve the soda and the sour cream, then add the flour mixture. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix all at once. Pour into 2 round, greased and floured (may use cocoa instead of white flour) cake pans. Bake in a slow 300 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
