Diabetic Applesauce Raisin Cake
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup Sugar Twin
2 eggs, beaten (can use equivalent egg substitute)
2 cups unsweetened applesauce
1 square unsweetened chocolate
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup nuts
1 cup raisins
Melt margarine and chocolate; add applesauce and eggs. Sift flour with
cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, soda and Sugar Twin. Add raisins and nuts.
Bake in Bundt pan at 350 for 30 minutes.
