Cranberry Cookies 1/2 c. butter or margarine Cream butter, sugars, and vanilla together. Beat in milk and egg. Mix and sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; stir into creamed mixture. Blend well. Stir in candied fruit, orange peel, and cranberries. For each cookie mound 2 level tablespoons on well greased cookie sheet. Space mounds about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 for 15 to 18 minutes. Makes approximately 3 1/2 dozen cookies, 3 inches in diameter. |
