Coffee Cake
Filling/Topping:
Blend the first 8 ingredients well and pour half of the batter into a well greased bundt pan. Mix the filling ingredients together in a separate bowl and sprinkle half onto the cake batter mixture. Add the rest of the cake batter to the bundt pan. Finish by sprinkling the remaining half of the filling/topping on top of the cake batter. Bake for approximately 1 hour (until firm and golden brown). |
