Chocolate Fudge
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
3 sq. chocolate
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. nuts
Place sugar, syrup, chocolate and milk over low heat and stir constantly until
boiling point is reached. Cook to soft ball stage without stirring. Add butter.
Let cool undisturbed until lukewarm. Add vanilla. Beat mixture until creamy.
Add nuts. Pour into buttered pan.
