Chess Cake 2

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c. melted butter
1 box confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs

Mix together cake mix, egg and melted butter. Press into bottom of 9x 13 inch pan. In small bowl beat confectioners sugar, cream cheese and eggs. Beat for 5 minutes. Pour over cake mix. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
