Cheesecake
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup sour cream
1 stick margarine
1 cup sugar
2 pounds cream cheese
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon corn starch
Mix together crumbs, butter, 2 tablespoons sugar -- blend well. Reserve
2 tablespoons of mixture. Press remaining mixture into greased 9" spring form pan and
chill. In a mixer bowl, mix cheese and rest of sugar until smooth and light.
Beat in eggs, vanilla, and corn starch, until blended. Stir in sour cream and
pour this over the crust. Bake 10 minutes at 450 then reduce temperature to
200 for 45 minutes. Turn off oven and allow to cool with door open for 3 hours.
Remove sides from pan and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
