Bread Pudding
4 eggs
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs or 3 slices bread
1/4 teaspoon salt
Beat together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Place bread
crumbs in an 8 x
1 1/2-inch round baking dish. Sprinkle raisins over bread. Pour egg mixture
over all. Bake in at 325 oven for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near
center comes out clean. Cool slightly.
