Boiled Custard

1 qt. milk, heated
3 eggs, beaten lightly
3/4 c. sugar, sifted with 1 Tbsp. flour and a pinch of salt
Add this to beaten eggs, then add to milk and cook until spoon is coated. Will thicken when cold.
