Boiled Custard 2
1 qt. sweet milk, scalded
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. sugar
3 heaping Tbsp. flour
Mix well. Pour slowly the mixture of eggs, sugar and flour into the milk, stirring
until it comes to a boil, then put 3 or 4 marshmallows and 1 tablespoon vanilla
flavoring into the custard and let cool before putting into the refrigerator.
Then pour 1 small can of Carnation milk into the custard and stir well.
