Blueberry cream cheese muffins


1 cup fresh blueberries
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 3-ounce package cream cheese cubed
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter melted
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs


Toss berries with 2 tablespoons flour, combine wet ingredients and then add dry and then add berries. Bake at 400 for 18 to 20 minutes.
