Black Bottoms

White Batter:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
12 oz. bag chocolate chips

Black Batter:
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt (combine with 1 c. water)
1/3 c. oil
1 Tbsp. white vinegar

Fill 1/3 of a paper cupcake with black batter (about 1 tablespoons) and 1 teaspoon white batter. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature, eat and enjoy!
