Caramel Chocolate Coffee

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh, regular, brewed coffee

2 tablespoons caramel ice cream topping

1 tablespoon chocolate syrup

1 to 2 tablespoons cream (optional)

Directions:

Stir together and serve hot.
