Raisin Bran Muffins

1 c. finely chopped nuts
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
1 qt. buttermilk
4 eggs
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
5 c. sifted plain flour

Mix dry ingredients together and dump in rest. Cook at 400 for 7-10 minutes. Will keep 6 weeks. Be sure and use a large bowl!
