Quick Rolls


1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. lukewarm water
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. powdered milk
3/4 c. oil
4 c. self-rising flour

Dissolve yeast in water - add ingredients in order. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Bake in greased muffin tins. (Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.)
