Mexican Corn Bread 2

1 3/4 c. yellow corn meal
1/3 c. corn oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs

Mix above ingredients and add:

1 c. corn
1 c. grated cheese
3 jalapeno peppers, minced (small)

Mix in muffin tins
