Saute: 2 onions, 2 cups celery and one big green pepper in 2 cubes of
oleo. Mix:
2 bags Pepperidge Farm corn bread
1 bag Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning bread crumbs
2 cans Swanson's clear broth
1 to 1 1/2 c. pecans
Use quite a bit of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Cover tightly and store overnight in refrigerator. Warm slowly with
another can of Swanson's broth.
