Quick Cinnamon Rolls


Prepare one 5 1/2 ounce package biscuit mix. Follow directions for mixing. Roll out dough 1/4 inch thick into 7x16 inch rectangle. Spread with 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar and with raisins if desired. Roll up tightly as for jelly roll beginning at wide side. Seal well by pinching edge of dough into roll. Cut into 1 inch slices. Place in greased pie pans or baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes. Yield: 16 rolls.
