Cheese Popovers

1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Add 1/2 cup grated American cheese. Place over low heat until cheese has melted. Pour into well greased deep muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 425 until golden brown, 35-45 minutes. Yield: 5-9 popovers.
