Potato Casserole

1/2 bag hash brown potatoes
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper
Chopped onion

Prepare potatoes in skillet, put these and rest of ingredients in a casserole dish. Add a little butter and top with 2 or 3 slices of cheese. Cook in slow oven, removing occasionally to stir. Cook until top begins to brown. Serves 4.
