Poppy Seed Dressing

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. mustard (dry)
2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. juice (mince or grater press through tea strainer)
2 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. poppy seed

Mix sugar, mustard, salt, vinegar, onion juice with mixer. Then on low speed blend oil slowly. When thick, add poppy seeds. Serve over any fresh fruit. Preferred fruit: Cantaloupe, apple chunks, pineapple
(fresh), strawberries (fresh), watermelon, green grapes. Pile high on a bed of lettuce.
