Pineapple Apricot Salad 12 oz. can pineapple chunks Drain juice and save. Bring to boil 1 cup juice and 1 cup water. Dissolve 1 large box apricot Jell-O and add: 2 c. cold water Place in refrigerator until set, add pineapple and apricots. 1/2 c. pecans Chill until firm. Mix and cook until thick 1/2 c. sugar When cool add small carton Cool Whip and spread over Jell-0 mixture. |
