Mexican Cheese Roll

8 ounces sour cream
4 green onions chopped
8 ounces cream cheese softened
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can diced green chilies - small
5 large or 10 small flour tortillas
1 can chopped black olives - small

Fold together first five ingredients. Spread mixture on flour tortillas. Roll each tortilla in a log. Wrap in foil or plastic wrap. Chill several hours or overnight. Cut into pinwheel slices or 2 inch sections. Serve chilled. Best served with fresh salsa and guacamole on the side.
