12 large tomatoes, chopped
4 onions, chopped
4 bell peppers, chopped
Hot peppers to taste
2 1/2 c. vinegar
2 1/2 c. sugar
Salt to taste
Red food coloring to make it pretty
Drain tomatoes in colander. Cook all together until thick and tender
(2-3 hours). Pour into sterilized jars and seal. This makes 3-4 pints.
Delicious on peas, pintos, butterbeans, etc.
