Hot Chicken Salad
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 pkg. slivered almonds, unsalted
2 or 3 boiled eggs, diced
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. condensed cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
Place in pan. Cover with crushed Rice Chex. Mix and bake 30 minutes
in a 350 oven.
