Honey Mustard Dressing
1 c. mayonnaise
4 Tbsp. prepared mustard
4 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. honey
3 sprigs parsley, chopped
1/4 of a medium-sized onion, diced fine
1 pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1 c. all vegetable salad oil
Combine all ingredients except oil. Add oil slowly, stirring constantly.
It keeps well in the refrigerator. Use it on green salads with any combination
of vegetables.
