Chantilly Potatoes

2 c. hot mashed potatoes
1/4 c. hot milk
2 Tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. chopped ham
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 c. grated cheese (American, or Velveeta)
Salt, pepper, paprika

Thoroughly mix the potatoes, milk, butter and seasoning to taste. Pile on a glass baking dish and sprinkle chopped ham over it. Whip the cream and add the cheese and seasonings. Spread over the ham, place in a hot oven, 450, and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
