Cauliflower Salad Bowl

4 c. thinly sliced raw cauliflower (break into little flowerets)
1 c. very coarsely chopped pitted ripe olives
2/3 c. coarsely chopped green pepper
1/2 c. coarsely chopped pimiento
1/2 c. chopped onion

Dressing:
1/2 c. salad oil
3 tsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. wine vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/2tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine cauliflower, olives, green pepper, pimiento and onion. Make dressing and beat with rotary beater until well blended. Pour over cauliflower mixture. Cover, refrigerate overnight. To serve: Spoon mixture into bowl lined with salad greens. Makes 8-10 servings.
