Cauliflower Salad Bowl 4 c. thinly sliced raw cauliflower (break into little flowerets) Dressing: Combine cauliflower, olives, green pepper, pimiento and onion. Make dressing and beat with rotary beater until well blended. Pour over cauliflower mixture. Cover, refrigerate overnight. To serve: Spoon mixture into bowl lined with salad greens. Makes 8-10 servings. |
