Calico Salad
2 (1 lb.) cans sauerkraut, rinsed with hot water and well drained 1 large green pepper 2 cans chopped pimiento 1 large purple onion
Bring to a boil
1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. celery seed 1/4 c. salad oil Tsp. garlic salt
Pour over mixture and refrigerate at least 24 hours.
